Frustrating and disappointing

Moved rooms 3 times. 1st room toilet overflow. Foul smell in room (sour). Couldn't get to a manager 3rd day. Manager tried to make it right but then they would not let me check back in until manager Nichole came back in to work.

Our stay was a quick overnight, and the hotel served its purpose.

Staff was fantastic. Friendly and helpful.

Elevator was not working when we got there. It was being worked on, but they weren’t sure when it was gonna be fixed. We had to carry all of our luggage by ourselves up nine flights of stairs. We got to our room and the air condition wasn’t working. We waited about an hour until the elevator was fixed, and then had to go down, check in again and move into a new room. if the elevator hadn’t been fixed, we would have left

Do not recommend

The location

Elevator out of order, firemen called twice and I believe someone got stuck inside one. Cleaning crew just throw all linens and dirty laundry outside of the rooms and stay there for hours. There is definitely mold on the bathroom ceiling, window had a scary amount of condensation on the inside of the 7th floor, bed frame squeaky, and the black desk chair has never been cleaned since there is disgusting hair and stuff in the crevices. Do not recommend and will not be staying again. Hilton really needs to look into this facility

They gave me a room that’s wasn’t clean so they had to put me in another room Then doing my booking it says breakfast was included with my price after going to get breakfast I was told I would have to pay to eat

Scary. Dirty bathroom and police tower at front of hotel

Location

Room dirty. Ice bucket had trash it in. Hair in bathtub. Bathtub rail loose and rusty. Hard to control temp of water in shower.

Very close to the PNC Music Pavilion. The staff was friendly

The room was not clean. The toilet had mold under the room like it hadn't been cleaned well in weeks. There was trash on the floor in the bathroom. No trash cans in the room. No remote for the TV. No fitted sheet on the bed.

Wonderful time in Charlotte but staying at another hotel next time.

The staff were really nice.

We killed at least 20 gnats in our room. The curtains were moth eaten and when closed the lights shone through the holes. The shower head was set where a solid stream of water came out and couldn’t be adjusted. The bathroom was so small that the door was hitting the commode. The drain was broken on the tub and there was a malodorous odor coming from the drain and overflow of the sink. This is really unacceptable for the money that was spent on the room.

Great stay will return and tell others

Breakfast was awesome. Room waa very clean and comfortabe. Staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Need more English speaking staff.
