Hello. I just checked out today, i reserved a 5 day stay, w/4 nights and the management and regular staff employess, refused me service while we were staying the entire 5 days there. They will let people in rooms, w/o even talking to the renter of the room first. They let my ex boyfriend in my room that we stayed in, but the room was only in my name, but he left entirely from room 2 nights before due to checkout. So i aak myslef , why woukd they lef my ex back in my room , not even knowin if i wouldve been safe or not, all bc they mad ehim a key. Lastly I called up there. I explaining to them that they had let him in the room that he had already been gone from because we weren't together and they told me II asked him to go tell him he had to leave if he wouldn't put it in his name, the rumor and he told me to call the police. Instead. Which would have put me in a dangerous spot of sorts so that was not an option for me and they refused to honor the fact that if anything was wrong or happened, damage wise to the room, that was still in my name, that I would be legally responsible for it. So I asked him at that point, to please go ahead and check me out right then, and he refused to do so, and hung up in my face. That's pretty much it.

No one was in the lobby when we arrived and sat in there for over 20 minutes til someone came out (btw once he came out he already had a attitude). They refused my service and also was rude to not only me but other customers who paid their money ahead online for a room.

Burn holes in the sheets. Bathroom was dirty. Either room was dirty. I think moat rooms were like this one. We didn’t stay. We found a different hotel.

I am sorry to say this hotel is in very poor condition with no amenities. Room was absolutely filthy, mold on walls and shower, no irons/ironing boards, no working live television (only streaming), no soap, no shampoo, no servicing of the room, and homeless folks hanging out in stairways.

Please stay away. This is a prostitute drug infested motel. That smells like drugs in your room. Wish I had somewhere else to stay, but we was traveling overnight. We stopped here for one night but would never go back a total nightmare, only 1 wash cloth. Two tiles need remodeling really bad but say it was just remodeled horrible The beds were broke could not sleep at all.People walking around all times of night.The worst hotel ever front desk very rude.Hung up in my face when I called and told me he hung up in my face because he had a guest very unacceptable

Our stay out therr was horrible.. we paid for 4 days and was refused room service, like toliet tissue and towel set up each day. We were accused of everytjing, which we shouldnt have had to go through at all. It was the worst stay ive ever experienced.
