Arrived late. Room clean. Handicapped access room. Shower was a little tough to figure out since hand holding when you standing leads to leaking. And drafty near the heater. Other than that a very good stay. Friendly staff and decent breakfast.

We were lucky to get a room this weekend. Most were fully booked. King accessible room was $259 per night. Seems really high to me for this hotel chain. Staff was super nice and efficient. Complimentary breakfast was good! The hostess early Sunday 10/13 was so nice. She really took pride in the layout and presentation of the food. Coffee was perfect!! As far as the room... could use a refresh. Wallcovering peeling in the room. Carpet could use a deep cleaning. Facecloths were scarce and thin.

Room was nice and comfortable bathroom can use updating i.e. sink can use a vanity underneath it to block seeing the wood framing around the pipes, very unsightly to see. Rust in some areas. Beds were very comfortable room was very quiet which was nice

We have stayed here several times and are always happy with the quality of this hotel. My one complaint is that the shower in our room was slightly broken. It took a ton of force to pull the knob out in order to get the water running and it was just as difficult to shut the water off. As always, service and breakfast were great.

We picked this hotel for use of the pool! Found pool closed for season (5 Sept 24). Would have stayed on different site if open pool! NO NOTICE on season for pool on web site!!!

The fire alarm didn’t work in our room and the entire hotel had to evacuate twice without us knowing the alarm was sounding . We heard people yelling and slamming the outside door, that’s the only way we knew. There was also poop on the floor outside of our door.

I arrived and was placed in room 123, The room had a file smell to it. I asked the receptionist at the Front desk if I could be moved to another room, I explained to her why and she was great about it and put me in room 311. She immediately had a cleaning crew in the room to take all care of the room. Thank you very much for your service

had a problem with the shower, was fix rapidly by maintenance, many restaurants by walking distance, nice pool but should be heated. stayed there for 3 days in late august, sixflags new england 10 minutes away. good breakfast

All four of us had a good stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The included breakfast was more than adequate and very satisfying. The hotel was so close to Six flags that I had decided to drop of the kids and come back to the hotel and relax. lol

Room was not very clean and in need of repair/updating. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, hair in the tub & on the floor of the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the coffee table. Wall paper peeling. They charge for parking in their own parking lot and put a $250 hold on your card. This was a one night stay traveling through and we cancelled our reservation for the way back home and stayed somewhere else. Breakfast was the best part. We’ve stayed here a couple times through the last several years and it’s gone way downhill.

Stayed with my elderly mom on a trip to visit family. Room was clean and as expected. I wish I had asked for handicapped room because stepping into the bathtub was difficult for my mom. Breakfast in the morning is wonderful. So many good choices and was a great start to our busy day. Would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.
