The stay was great! However we were not anticipating an overnight fee of $38.62 for our small dog and a $5 resort fee. The price was misleading on your site and should’ve been included in a “pet friendly” rate.

We always stay at Ashland Hills as we drive I 5. It’s spacious, the rooms are super quiet and comfortable, the cafe always has tasty meals and the service is impeccable. Try it!

The Staff were friendly and professional and check in was smooth. Unfortunately, our original room did not have hot water for a shower. I contacted front desk and we were moved to another room, which was very clean and met our needs. The facility was well kept and the parking space was large enough to accomodate our truck and trailer we were towing.

We stayed at this hotel while moving our daughter into her college dorm. The rooms were spacious, tastefully redecorated and very clean. The area felt safe and the staff was kind and welcoming. Breakfast had several hot and cold choices. We will stay here again!

I've stayed here several times before and had good experiences. This time, not so much. The room was old and disgusting...and had a nasty smell (couldn't pinpoint what it was or from where). I won't stay here again if I get put in a similar room.

I love the 1960’s/70’s at everywhere. The lobby, the breakfast area, and the restaurant/bar have really amazing bygone era art, furniture, and more in impeccable condition. It’s like an art museum there.

When we arrived, there was a gentleman in front of us being helped. We stood in line for 20 min before they got someone else to help, by then there were 4 other people behind us waiting to check in. Our check in was 4pm and the room was not ready and we had to wait another 15 - 20 min. for that. By that time it was almost 4:20 pm and our room was on the 3rd floor, to top it off the elevator was out of order, had to carry our luggage and everything up the stairs, NOT HAPPY!!!!!😡😡 The shower head was so weak, it was like being in a light rain. The room over all was clean, no issues there. We stay here many years ago and it was awesome, but they are under new management now and can definitely tell. We WON'T be staying here again!

This is an older property that has been completely renovated but still has a groovy late mid-century vibe. Cool artwork, very comfy beds. Questionable design decision to leave the circa-1970 hanging light fixture in the room, truly hideous thing. Large piece of adjacent vacant land was handy for walking our dog. Staff was helpful, complementary breakfast was good.

As soon as you walk in to lobby, which is bright and filled with unique artwork, you smell a stale, old smell like an old library. Grounds were nice, room was ok. Bathroom and doors need updating. The biggest issue we had was that our keys kept on getting demagnetized and we had to get new ones every day. We got locked out in the pool area because the door was also having issues with its sensor. I had to call the front desk to let us in after waiting on hold for 10 minutes. No turn down or room refresh offered if you stay less than 4 nights ( we stayed 3). And when I asked for some extra toilet paper at the front desk the guy was rude. Didn’t get his name because no one wore name tags. Also, they charged my card and my friend’s card since she put hers down for incidentals. After going to the front desk to make sure that all room charges should go on my card and again when we checked out, the incompetent staff still managed to charge the 3 nights stay on both our cards. Will never stay here again.

Confusing to get around in. We had 3 people in our room. Room was supplied for 2. Staff was not responsuve since there was only one person at the desk at 6am and no one was available. Person at the desk was not friendly.
