Terrible place to stay, dirty, bugs, they did not clean any day of my stay, the microwave did not work, the refrigerator did not work either, in a room for 6 people there was only one towel when I asked for more at the reception they said that the laundry guy did not go to work, the hotel was dirty in the hallways, the first night there was no light in the hallways, there was only one elevator for the entire hotel, my mother who is 84 years old and has problems in her legs had to walk A LOT because there is only one elevator, in the parking lot there were mattresses thrown everywhere and construction material, the bathtub was VERY DIRTY and the drain was clogged (the water was going very slowly), in general a HORRIBLE "hotel" if you are really thinking of staying at this "hotel" I wish you good luck LOL.

Bad experience in this hotel, I drove 9hrs to get there when I get there the receptionist was kind a rude she give me my room and oh surprise!! I never saw a room like this before, Ugly dirty smelly horrible rooms in this pictures you can see how bad was my room, this hotel need a very good and qualified housekeepings and a excellent supervisor because to make sure the rooms are ready for the guesses. This is how I found my room.
And the personal attitude was very bad.

It was so run down and dirty. I’ve never stayed in hotel this bad. They didn’t have blankets or towels in our room. There was so much dirt on the bathroom floor, mold in the shower. This place was disturbing

The room did not have a table light or alarm clock, it appeared yo be recently remodeled but the holes in the night srand did not align with outlet. The shower had issues of its own. They did not put washcloths in the room we had to ask and then wait for some to be laundered. Upon check in and out the dssk personnel were more worried about talking on cell phones. However, the location is convenient to attractions.

There weren't actual blankets on the bed, the rooms came with only two towels and you had to ask for everything. The room was never cleaned over 4 days, which I don't mind, but it would have been nice to know that up front. I wasn't sure it was safe either. It was okay for what I paid but I would not have liked to pay more.

Checking in was okay. The attendant was lounging in a chair beside the desk ready to lock up when we arrived. No big deal. Check in was fine. No details to the room, wifi access or anything about breakfast but its fine.

It definately is a cheap room for a reason but is close to dollywood and convenient. The kids did love the jacuzzi tub in the room. 4 beds are nice and 2 bathrooms work great with 6 of us.

Told the lady I needed to get either into another room or somebody needs to get the beds made up in this room and cleaned it up. She handed me some towels and said that can’t do anything about it, I want my money back. I’ve tried to call no avail. I’m fixing to take it off on my credit card. I do have photos isn’t it convenient? It will not let me put the photos on.

The first time we went to ask for towels was around 10:55pm, the doors to the front desk were locked and the employee did not respond to knocks. The towels were not clean - they looked like they'd been stepped on or dragged through the parking lot.
The room had no remote control for the TV, the bed sheets were stained and looked like they had straight-up dirt in them. The pillow cases were also stained, the pillows themselves were also flat and the filling was clumped. The floor was sticky (almost like it was washed with sugar water) and visibly dirty in most places
The tub had a red line of dirt on it as well as black stains. Water pressure in the sink and the shower was extremely weak. The first night, the toilet would not stop running - my partner had to go and fix it himself so we could sleep.
Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, so trash accumulates.
The lamps were new, which was nice.

The beds were terrible, had a piece of the metal frame puncture my leg and I was scared of infection from the filth. No one emptied our trash cans, smoke detectors were beeping all the time, no lights in one bathroom, had to use a flashlight to use the bathroom. Pitiful service, will not ever use again.

Ive stayed in many hotels and motels and I must say they have extremely rude staff at the front office, maintenance man was super nice though. I would not recommend staying here. Room down from us had bed bugs and they arent very friendly at all.

This was the worst place I ever said. Starting with was not handicapped like was supposed to be. So no shower for four days. Room was dirty,no toilet paper,no towels, TV in one bedroom but the one in mine was broken. Used same sheets not even made up for four days. No one vacuumed at any point. When to office daily, with a line of upset visitors with all the same problems. This was the first vacation I had in ten years, what a way to spend it. I will never stay at another Days inn and advice the same. Thank you Jim

When I got up to the room it was obvious it had not been cleaned. One bed was unmade and all the lights were on. The key card was hit or miss unlocking the door and needed several tries to work. There were no towels in the room. The faucet was broken. It still worked you had to hold it in one hand and work the lever with the other. The internet did not work. Smelt moldy, unsanitary, a remote in one room with no tv, next room tv with no working cords. Staff very unfriendly, not helpful with customers and management staff is never there or available. Was told management did not have a contact number. Still waiting on our refund of $357. Had to go up there and make the clerk do her job to help get our money refunded.
