I stayed for 1 month at this hotel and I was very happy with my experience. The building was pleasant and clean, the room a good size with a full sized kitchen, which was great for cooking, a nice bed, bathroom and TV. A nice perk was the free washing and drying which was great for people staying long term. While the building is slightly on the older side, everything was extremely well maintained and any issues I had were handled promptly by the staff which was great. I'd like to give a huge shout out to Frank and the rest of the staff for being extremely helpful and kind, and for assisting me with any issues I had. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

When we first got to the room it smelled like poop. Upon further inspection there was poop in the toilet with tissues on the counter in the bathroom. The bed did appear made and clean, we asked to switch rooms and were give. A different room that appeared clean. We went to the concert that night and upon arriving back around 11pm our key card would not work getting us back into the hotel. We called the hotel and someone met us at the door and got us a new card.

The first room had a heavy "weed" smell that hit you as soon as you entered the door. The chairs were so worn that there were bare spots. After requesting to be moved to another room, we pulled back the drapes, to reveal water stains and mold spores on the ceiling. We immediately asked for a refund and left.

The Good: 1. Check in was great, front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. 2. Laundry was free! 3. Location is convenient off the freeway and in a business area, so felt safe 4. The basics in our room were clean...floors, bathtub and sink, linens 5. We had a kintchenette with a fullsize fridge and dishwasher (both we're pretty old and beat up but worked just fine) 6. The price was great, but honetly I'd pay $50 more a night to stay in a better place next time. The Bad 1. The kichenette cabinets needed a serious wipedown, the toaster was full of crumbs 2. The electric stovetop didn't work very well... it took 20 minutes to cook eggs 3. There was only one window unit AC which had a vent going to the bedroom, but you had to freeze out the living area to barely cool down the bedroom 4. The shower didn't work well... the hotter you turned the water, the less water pressure you had. It was a trickle when turned all the way hot. We did notify the front desk who said they'd fix it when we were gone, but it was the same so I'm not sure if they tried or not. 5. The outside smoking area was close to our room and the hallway reeked of smoke. 6. The room had a weird musty smell. The Ugly The hide-a-bed was the absolute worst. A thin spring mattress that was dirty looking. We frequently book a room with a hide-a-bed since we have 2 teens who dont want to share a bed, so I know they're not usually super comfortable, but this one was unbelievably bad.

This is the perfect place to stay when we come for a concert at the Hollywood Amphitheater. The only negative we had was the lady who checked us in was not very welcoming. She sat back at her desk and just hollered her questions to us. She finally came up to the counter when she had to see the id and credit card. Not very welcoming at all. When we checked out, the gentleman was much more personable and what we expected of someone working the front desk.

Room was picked up but not clean by any means, previous occupants hair in bedding and bathroom. The size was the only thing we enjoyed out of the stay with this property. It would be my last choice if I were in the area again.

Our room reeked of a dog kennel, refused to let us have a late check out until noon after the concert the night before and charged $5 to park in the middle of nowhere Earth City. Will never stay again.

Your person at the front desk when we checked in was fantastic. Very personable and very helpful. I asked for recommendations for dinner and he came up with some great choices. I also asked if there was an ice machine since our freezer had none. There is no common ice machine, but he immediately found me a container of ice for our room.

Nice stay at a quiet place only downside is we had to Uber everywhere. Staff was awesome and friendly. Uber was not hard to get and was a shorter wait
