Randy should not be working in customer service.

It was pleasant at first. The room was clean but a bit worn. It worked for what we needed while we waited for our place to be ready to move into.

I couldn’t get into my room after extending my stay through Booking.com. We went to the front desk and no one was there to assist us. We waiting for 15min, still no one. I called the desk and my boyfriend went looking for someone to help us. We had just worked over 12hr each that day and were very tired. My boyfriend found an employee mopping the stairs. He told my boyfriend he’d be there in 10min in a rude manner. This name was Randy and he was very rude. I explained to him that I had already paid for the stay through Booking.com. I don’t know if he wasn’t listening or didn’t mind charging me a second time for my stay. He lied to me and said he needed my card for “incidentals.” He never said that he was charging me again for the entire stay, as I had already paid close to $400 with booking.com. When I looked at my account, he put my card through for another almost $600, without my permission. It was supposed to be for security and “incidentals.” He knew exactly what he was doing. I will never stay at another extended stay hotel and I am making sure I tell all the nurses I know not to stay at this business as well.

Rooms were clean with a lot of space.

Checking in took forever bc card reader was down. Key cards wouldn't work. Got locked out of our room at midnight, and no one was around to help. No help at the desk. No answering phones. We couldn't get any help for over 20 mins!

Pictures of room on internet very misleading. Shows nice room which was wrong.

Staff was accommodating. Very friendly and helpful. Excellent.

Disappointed with breakfast. Very limited offering. Room very shabby. Scuffed furniture. Need hand towel hooks. Kitchen needs paper products.

2023 Trip to CO

The suite was clean and nicely set up. It had a kitchen in it I was not expecting. I did not use it but it was clean. I had the ground floor and was happy with this.

The parking lot is narrow and finding a place after dinner was hard. I had to park in the narrow lot away from the building. The TV did not work and I wasn't the only one this night. They were having problem with it. I did report it.

They Do Not take CASH or DEBIT. So I was not able to stay. It was late and cold had to travel back to st louis.

I was told the extended has a pool but they didn't which was the sole purpose of going there. I was at the hotel close to an hour and I requested a refund they refused and today I received an email stating I was there overnight and 1guest which is not true it was me and my 3 granddaughters and was there approximately 1 hour. after reaching out to the Extended Stay I was told I had to reach out to Booking.com for my refund, please call me at 314.610-9507. thank you

Never ever again will I stay here.

The only think I liked was location.

The lobby smelled like urine. The light in the kitchen was only fixed into the ceiling on side. It was hanging out of the ceiling with wires exposed. I reported immediately and no one came to fix it so I had to leave the light off in the kitchen the whole time. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not turn on u til after I finished my shower even though I turned the switch on before I got into the shower. I arrived at 2:28pm and was told they would not check me in until 3pm exactly. The parking lot was covered in trash from fast food food places and it needed to be severely cleaned up bc all of the trash cans were overflowing and not emptied.

I've never been to extended stay America before til now. We spent 5 weeks there until our new home was ready but I did not know there was no swimming pool or room service at these types of hotels. Breakfast was just packaged muffins or granola bar and a coffee machine all sitting on a counter and suites are a little small. But the staff was nice and they kept their location clean and tidy

To put it short this stay was horrible I was in town to visit family due to a death in the family

This location is horrible the staff was not knowledgeable nor helpful at all , entire hotel smells disgusting and the room was filthy and when I called the front desk about it I was told that the rooms were all booked and it was nothing I could do about it

I didn’t like anything about the room at all
