Best hotel I have been to… all staff members always greeted with a smile, always friendly and happy to help.. if you want aesthetic pictures for your gram it has a lot of beautiful corners.. wide selection of buffet breakfast..has many restaurants inside the hotel itself with great options, great pool areas with a lot of beach beds.. overall excellent service❤️

Really nice hotel, heated pools and not too far from the beach. We got the half board, plenty of options each night for dinner with different themes. Food was good but some things could be a little better if I were to be picky, like the fries were not really crispy, some potatoes were undercooked. We had the ocean view room which was worth the extra. I liked the evening music. I don’t like loud cheesy entertainment so I enjoyed the chill vibe of the place with simple low key music in the evenings, the violin player one night and on another night the jazz saxophone player were good. It’s a very relaxing environment with also an adult only pool area. I did feel that sometimes the pool music was very loud but found a more secluded place to read. I guess being a non smoker I would prefer that certain areas were non smoker, unless there were and I didn’t see them. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I really did enjoy my stay. staff were very friendly, The cleanliness of the hotel spot on. The breakfast buffet had tasty meals and pastries. All in all, I would recommend this place and if I was to go back to Tenerife, that’s where I will be staying. My room had a breathtaking view

Had a lovely mini break in the Tivoli hotel in April. It is a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Gorgeous restaurants are a short walking distance away along the coast on either side. The hotel has a very chilled atmosphere with very friendly staff. Played some golf while there which the staff helped organise. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the Beach Club and Guilty restaurant great options. Plenty of room around the pool. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Such a lovely relaxing stay. Not one for the “brits abroad” crowd. Chilled out and sophisticated vibe. Very comfy bed, big room.. lovely pools (gently heated). Very friendly staff. Excellent cocktails. Would definitely return.

This hotel has had a remarkable make over, it’s slick modern and very well run for a new hotel. All the staff are all expertly trained and so friendly, making our stay an absolute pleasure. Simone the Italian girl in the bars / restaurants is an absolute asset to the hotel, and also the Spanish lady mana? ( with the short black & red hair!) was hilarious and so fun to be around, In fact everyone looked like they just loved working there! We will be back! But please sort out the pool music! 80’s music with Christmas songs!? Whams last Christmas & Mariah’s all I want for Christmas?? In march ? On a loop for 8 days!!! Brought the caliber down, we did ask reception to investigate but nothing sadly, and had us reaching for our headphones ( hotel cos music would be more fitting for this hotel’s class & clientele!)

At the reception, we were greeted with Cava and ice water, and we received good information about the hotel's various restaurants. The rooms are very nice, with nice furniture, large bathrooms with shower and bathtub. We hardly left the hotel area during the seven days we were there. Much of the reason for this was the excellent service and food the hotel had to offer. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone, and they serve both food and drinks along the poolside. All in all, this was a great stay with very pleasant staff. 5 stars.

This newly refurbished hotel is an absolute gem, we had a fantastic time here for 4 nights in March. We stayed in an Ocean view suite (3 of us) and it was fabulous, with an amazing view and huge balcony. By staying in this suite we were entitled to eat breakfast in La Caleta lounge- what a treat! A VIP area by the pool with waiter service and all food made to order- what a refreshing change to have a tranquil breakfast away from the usual hotel buffets (although the buffet at Tivoli really did look great too).
We were also entitled to using the adults only pool (for 16 years ), a brand new area with 3 small pools and plenty of sun loungers.
We dined out in the evenings, it's around 15 minute walk along the promenade path to La Caleta or Costa Adeje, both with lots of restaurants to choose from if you fancy a change from the hotel. Not that you do need to leave the hotel really as the gorgeous cocktail bar at the hotel has fabulous comfy hanging chairs and bean bags with quality music entertainers in the evening- nothing tacky or loud here.
The food during the day is also fabulous with Guilty, the poolside bar having a great vibe and tasty food including Poke bowls and sushi alongside burgers and nachos.
Then there's the brand new spa where my teenage daughter and I had superb facials and spent a lovely peaceful time enjoying the hydrotherapy pools.
The staff throughout were so friendly and helpful- we will definitely be back!

Honestly, we loved our stay. Such a beautiful property and all brand new. If you are a couple looking to party a little, not your type of place, but if you are looking to completely relax then this is it! You are also very short walk to a bunch of nice restaurants and the breakfast at the hotel was great. Pool I guess could’ve been warmer in the colder days but what can you do. We went for my girlfriend’s birthday and they really tried to take care of us. However, after 5 days we found we were ready for our next destination. Thank you TIVOLI!

Honestly, we loved our stay. Such a beautiful property and all brand new. If you are a couple looking to party a little, not your type of place, but if you are looking to completely relax then this is it! You are also very short walk to a bunch of nice restaurants and the breakfast at the hotel was great. Pool I guess could’ve been warmer in the colder days but what can you do. Good location. The hotel has rebranded, updated and much improved bedrooms and bathrooms. Great new restaurants have been added, existing pools are much improved and new pools for exclusive use added. A new concept has been initiated and this includes the new addition of extensive sound systems about the pool and restaurants. We reported concern at the volume of sound, music and singing; at some locations it was possible to hear competing music from more than one source. This issue was raised by guests and we are encouraged the General Manager has taken on board the need for guests to have access to quiet zones. The staff are excellent and very helpful and attentive. Many have been at the hotel for years.

The Sheraton is a quality hotel which we have now visited 4 times and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. It is a shame that the Japanese restaurant is no longer operating.
