Since we got there, specifically the people that worked for the check in gave an extremely excellent service and were very honest and great people. In all of the places inside the hotel the service was amazing. The honesty they work with was incredible, my wife lost her diamond wedding ring and not only was it found but it was given back to us almost immediately, they also had a lost and found bin where everything they ever found was. We were completely satisfied with the service and the workers in this hotel, it was an overall excellent experience.

Everything was good, my only problem was the rooms curtains and bedding was very outdated. The cleaning stuff only knock once and walk in to the room before you can even say anything. They could easily find you naked in the room. I think they need a note for every room saying do not disturb. Again what I found very wrong is paying for the save to be able to use it.

The hotel is a in an ok spot. I’m sure during the summer months it will probably be nicer. It’s fairly close to the beach. It’s about 55 minutes outside of Barcelona. So if you want to go into the city I would rent a car. The lobby of the hotel is nice and the outside pool looked nice. We didn’t get in because it was cold and a little rainy.
However overall I would not recommend this hotel. We paid about $300 a night and it was not worth it at all. The rooms are super outdated. And the walls are very thin so you can hear everything. Our room was not that clean and it smelled like straight bleach and old wet rag. The shower was not that clean either. One day we had absolutely not water coming out of our shower and sink and our toilet completely stopped working and would not flush. They advertise “all inclusive” but it is not. Only some alcohol is. The food is mediocre. Pretty flavorless. My wife also got terrible food poisoning from the food. Also, I’m not sure if they advertise “pet friendly” but there were dogs there. We didn’t mind. But for people who don’t like dogs or are allergic, something to keep in mind. They also advertise a spa but it’s a small indoor pool with a jacuzzi. They also advertise laundry and kids club and babysitting which is one of the main reasons we picked this hotel and when we inquired they told us “no. We don’t do that.” Overall this hotel was not worth the $1500 we spent. Please save your money.

This is a nice hotel. We stayed for two nights. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food was fine with quite a wide choice. There wasn’t any entertainment on the evenings we were there and as a result the hotel was very quiet.

Hotel was lovely and clean, facilities were great however the buffet food was basic but plentiful. Evening entertainment was fine and the day time all-inclusive nets crew put on activities if you were that way inclined.

Clean hotel, good sized rooms, bed a little too firm for me but great holiday. Hotel is in an excellent location for trains (which we never heard) and near enough to enjoy the bustling Malgrat de mar but get away from the noise.

We will return to the Caprici Verd. Although the hotel is starting to show some wear and tear, the hotel staff was wonderful, welcoming and helpful. The food was better than excellent. We are looking forward to our next stay. One traveler was disabled and a wheelchair user--the rooms for the disabled have a good wetroom for showers/bathroom. Those rooms, however, face the mountains and not the sea/pool.

Fine resort-like hotel near the beach in Santa Sussanna, Spain. The staff was unbelievably good. They were really helpful, friendly, and they really would go the extra mile to provide you service quickly. The outdoor pool was nice. The room itself was rather plain, and the beds were hard. On booking, we got a price that was different than the searched listed price because there was a substantial surcharge for extra guests (which meant our kids). Price was still ok after that, but seemed a bit shady. The most annoying thing about the place was that the internet was terrible. It only worked during the middle of the night when no one was on. It's OK to not be online when you're spending your time sitting by the pool or swimming in the sea, but not great when you're trying to look up recommendations for a place to eat dinner nearby, or some place to take the kids to see. If you're looking for Club Med light, this is a fine place, but not if you want to explore the nearby region of Catalunya and do other things besides walk along the boardwalk.

Caprici Verd is a lovely well kept hotel. It is in a lovely location and great if you are after a quite relaxing holiday. The food was excellent, probably the best we have ever had, well cooked and of excellent quality. Staff in the dining room were really nice and helpful especially Andy and Jamie. The only negative points were the entertainment - ok if you like ballroom dancing (although it was good fun to watch) and some of the staff at reception could do with some customer service training.

I went for a short break with my elderly mother. The hotel was spotless and offered everything that we were looking for. There are lifts to all levels in the hotel with ramps to the prom and beach area. In the evening stalls set up along the prom area and on a Tuesday there is a market which is a must visit. There were indoor and outdoor pools and a small gym but the only downside was that the indoor pool and gym were only open 10am - 6pm which was a shame. There was a good choice of food and I am a fussy eater but always found something to eat. This is a quiet area with a mixture of nationalities so if you are looking for a bustling resort with a selection of evening entertainment this isnt for you.
