Great hotel and great location

Nice hotel. Amazing location with shops and eateries nearby. Safe to walk around at night. I find the hotel is lacking in service, it does not give extra bottled waters other than the daily 2 bottles provided in room. The not very friendly front desk will say they ran out of it and ask you to buy from the store in the hotel.. Moved from another hotel nearby (branding on par with this, starts with M) and that hotel give out extra bottled waters for free!! The hotel also threw away my plastic packaging which I left in my room (on a desk) and it was thrown away thinking it was rubbish! I need that plastic packaging to keep my item. Seriously, aren't the cleaners job just to clean and clear the rubbish bin and not touch anything else in the room!?!

Due to limited room availability for the days of my trip, I had to book a 1-Bedroom Suite. Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed by paying the additional cost for the room because it wasn’t worth it. The suite was quite large but had an odd layout and looked like half the furniture was missing. The sink vanities and the shower had issues with proper drainage. There were no hooks or towel bars by the shower. There was no full size mirror anyone in the suite. Lastly, while the suite description promised a “view”, what we were looking was the mechanical equipment and parking below.

Had a blast here while visiting the area for grape fest! Super clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel had convenient access to everything in the area.

**Exceptional Service at Hilton Southlake Town Square** I recently stayed at the Hilton Southlake Town Square on 9/6/24, and I cannot say enough good things about the excellent service provided by Joe. From the moment we arrived, Joe went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive throughout our visit. Joe's professionalism, coupled with his friendly demeanor, truly made a difference in our experience. Whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring our room was perfect, Joe's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. His attention to detail and willingness to assist in any way possible was impressive. He turned what could have been a standard hotel stay into a memorable experience. I highly recommend the Hilton Southlake Town Square, and special recognition must go to Joe for his outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning for future!

This is a nice Hilton in a great location. Service and food are great. They could be more eco friendly and use higher end beds. There is plenty of food and shopping within a short walk.

We could not stay at this hotel. The power went out in the area and the rooms were pitch black and no AC. We asked if we could get a refund and they said yes, but 3 call later. I get the I’ll have to get back with you answer.

The hotel is wonderful and we have stayed many times. The problem this time was that the entire hotel was out of electricity for several hours. Of course this was not the fault of the hotel; however, it certainly taints your visit. Other than that we love the hotel.

The beds are SO plush and very comfortable! The atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful and loved the details. I would definitely return in the future.

Remodeling on our floor made asthma flare up. Could hear baby crying in next room. Otherwise, beautiful hotel and great location. Loved the coffee bar and outdoor area!

Loved the stay at the hotel! Joe the bartender at the restaurant in the hotel was a blast to hang out with and talk too. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
