Bathroom had mold on floor where tub meets floor and toilet was loose was not bolted down and caulk was very old, and room never stayed the right temperature and linens changed was every 15 days after check out is what I was told, I will stay somewhere else on next trip to west monroe to visit my mother which is in nursing home, floor in 313 was very dirty look like it hadn't been mopped for a while.

The entire hotel smelled like marijuana the desk clerk shut the front down at midnight. We needed new towels the next morning and there was no desk clerk on duty. We had to use dirty towels again to dry off with. The hotel had strange men sitting in the parking lot. It didn’t feel safe at the hotel. I will not be back to this hotel.

Bed was okay. It was an extended stay type hotel. Room had big fridge, stove top and microwave. Had no pot, pans, utensils or even hand towels for bathroom or kitchenette. Walk in shower floor was cracked up. Floor look clean until you step into shower. Had 2 independently controlled showe heads, one hand held in a roomy shower. Pretty quiet for so close to interstate. Jolly Green giant was staying above us and the a/c was rather noisy but did cool well.

This was our 3rd time staying here and it was a pleasure as usual! This place is spotless the staff amazing! Close to the highway, stores and restaurants the only thing missing is a pool and it would be perfection!

The staff was very friendly. There were aspects of the room that could have been a little cleaner or things fixed, such as lights that were out and things like that. Overall for the price is was good and it's in a good location.

They tried to charge my card at 11 AM the day of and it was not required until I check in. The receptionist called and said that it was sold out and was trying to charge my card. If not, it was gonna cancel my room. I told her no, it’s not required. I was on my way. The room look like a first year do room. It did not look like the pictures on the Internet no curtain just blinds. My bed was pretty much a full bed. The hallway carpet was stained and dirty. The phone in the room did not work came in about 11 no staff the windows was closed. I knocked on the door that staff no one came leaving the next morning for 8 AM. Receptionist area closed maintenance person janitorial picked up the iron that I was leaving for the front desk.

I’ve been to Monroe twice and I’ve stayed here each time and I like the location and the staff! Mrs. Theresa is my absolute favorite, she’s pleasant and she has a great personality. Some upgrades can be done but overall I like the hotel. As long as I’m coming to Monroe, I’ll book here!

Just wasn’t what I expected. I didn’t view it closely enough. Stove, no pots or dishes. Man with the boots above us chose to stomp walk at midnight.

Check-in & check-out were amazing. The front desk staff member was so friendly & seemed like she enjoyed her job very much. The room seemed a bit humid. The bed was not very comfortable but it served its purpose.

My toilet was leaking at the bottom of it, and the water was seeping out of the Vinyl plank on the floor and a gentleman came in and replaced the toilet but did not fix the floor. It smelled like urine and feces. I also had no choice but to take a shower and walk in. The staff was rude, constantly asking for payment, even though Hotels.com had paid my bill for me. One night I was waiting for a phone call in the lobby, and a gentleman sat down beside me and asked Me if I needed help. I told him that they would not let me in my room because they said my room was not paid for. I feel like I have no choice but to turn this over to the authorities I am very sick with kidney failure and the hotel did not care. Please do not stay at this place because they will be rude. You will sleep in disgusting nastiness. The only positive thing about this place is it is close to the movies and restaurants.

The last two times I have come into Monroe I have stayed at WoodSpring Suites. The black lady that sits at the front desk on evening shift is always nice.

We always stop here on our travels. This time just a few things were missing. We had no hand towels, just washcloths, towels and a floor mat. Also missing were hangers for clothes.
