Communication was poor.We booked this place as it had a pool, not many hotels in this area had a pool. We arrived the pool was empty and the area was being drilled up. We were not informed about this before arrival.Because of this there was no outside Area to sit, they had a garden but no chairs and was offered to sit on terrace which we did and got covered in concrete from the drilling. We booked 7 day's but because of this we left after 3 days. Now im fighting to get a full fefund for the 4 days we were not there.At this time they have only refunded me for 2 days. So after ruining our holiday i have arrived home to start a battle to get the remander of my refund. Not Happy.

stayed there many times,the upkeep is not optimal,gave me only one door key, room service for food took 1.5 hours bulbs not replaced ,toilet flush malfunction

I had a quite unpleasant stay there. I asked for an airport pick up which did not come due to car breakdown. There was no backup car for it, so I had to stay about an hour outside of Mumbai Airport. The room was okay, but the breakfast menu was horrible. There was almost nothing that I could eat, so I had to add flavor like ketchup and chili to change the original taste.

The only negative was that the complimentary breakfast was not served in the room even though it was listed as one of the available services in the information folder kept in the room. Also, many of the dishes in the room service menu were not available. The quality and variety of food have scope for improvement.

For money paid better attention is required for basics like clean bathrooms and water flow in bath tubs. Excellent ambience and decor but bathrooms left a lot to be desired. Housekeeping service not up to par. Very slow and not done daily. It is upon request!! But Reception is very well manned - Full marks to Faisal at Reception. Excellent and efficient service provided. Kudos to Faisal! Keep up the good work. Also helpful and problem solving nature. Breakfast was great - special mention for omlette maker who was friendly and made superb omlettes fresh on demand. Really enjoyed it. Overall great place but service needs improvement for price paid.

when I booked I got the best price, but when I vacate the room I was been charged 2different prices for 2days, 1st day it was 4500 next day it was 6500, may I know why this much of difference is there. simply cheating the customers like this, not at all happy for the price part. Instead of your hotel its better to stay at ITC Maratha they r charging 8000 only.
