Overall had a great stay here. Went to Brussels for a short few day holiday, stayed at Thon Hotel where the check-in staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Additionally the hotel is located right next to an entrance for the metro so really convenient for traveling to the city center, bout a 10-15 minute metro ride.

Fantastic everyone that worked there went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. Especially William at the front desk was such a star explaining our needs to the other staff and making sure we had a lovely stay. Would really recommend and will stay again in the future. So happy perfect hotel for work trips in EU settings.

5 of us stayed here for an uni reunion and couldn't ask for a better hotel. Front desk staff were amazing and the hotel was very clean and comfortable and very eco-friendly compared to a lot of other hotels. Faultless.

I loved my stay at Thon Hotel, it’ll now be my go to when visiting Brussels ! The staff was friendly and helpful. They upgraded me free of charge to a business room which was very nice. Everyday they were handing out goodies at reception, chocolate, tea, apple, fruit juices. I also love that they give you the option to skip room service and get. $5 coupon each time as reward which you can use to buy snacks or deduct from your bill or give to a charity you can chose. I gave to Red Cross and and an organization protection birds. Very nice touch

Rosalie at reception was great and she gave us a lot of top tips about the city, which helped us a lot to explore (Ask her about the best Chip shop of the city at a 10 minute walk from the hotel.) The initial room we were given smellt of plastic but we could change for another room easily. The breakfast was far too expensive for what we got (it’s 38 euros per breakfast during the week). I was wondering how many buckets of fresh orange juice you would need to drink at the hotel restaurant to justify this price. They could maybe offer a smaller formula at a reduced cost? Like one pain au chocolat, a small fruit juice and a hot drink for a smaller fee? By curiosity, we did try the breakfast formula and it was fairly standard (it was 25 euros per person at the weekend) My husband found the bed a bit too hard but it was not a problem for me.

I usually enjoy Thon hotels. Design, great pillows, good sleep. This hotel though - first room smelly, second one dirty. Good size though. Reception making a face on my request to change the room. In the morning asking for my email address, never came back. Thanks for the experience. Made me appreciate the hospitality and clean rooms of the following hotels even more.

Great service. Gym was well equipped and sauna was opened til late. Bed linen and mattresses were firm and comfortable. Cafeteria prices were too expensive, and selection of food for dinner was minimal. There was no kids menu for dinner.

We are a family & had the junior suite. Absolutely loved the layout, the generous space, large bathroom & separate WC. Very large TVs but wait they are SMART TV'S. Very impressed. Breakfast was amazing, tasty & fresh. Staff were really awesome. I would definitely stay again. A very happy guest :)

Nice enough hotel, rooms are a good size and bed and pillows nice and comfy. Breakfast buffet not so great, food left out a long time bacon was very crispy after being under the heater for so long, fried eggs were wrinkled and cold. overall decent, but was expecting a bit better for the price.
