Clean and very comfortable. Really good breakfast. Very courteous and understanding staff. Two blocks from old town. Two negatives: Limited parking (but, still, $10/night nevertheless). (Very) slow elevator.

This is our second time staying here, and it's good. The staff was very personable, the breakfast was great -- sometimes short on seating, but that enabled us to sit with other couples and share vacation stories! Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. They do charge for parking, which should be information that we get upfront, not at check in! Hotels.com should not have junk fees!

Construction of 1st floor, no laundry available, no acess to elevator near pir room, limited parking, room cleaning was make the beds, never even opened coffee maker to see that a pod had been used. Pool not use able, very dirty.

This was our 3rd stay at your hotel. We were very disappointed that we were not informed about the remodeling of your hotel. I’m sure it’ll be wonderful once it is completed however we were quite surprised that things we were accustomed to being able to use and access weren’t available. Our room wasn’t ready and we were offered another BUT at a higher price. Since we were missing out on things we were paying for it was disappointing that we couldn’t get another room for less. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and very welcoming. I’m very sad to give a disappointing experience review this time.

The hotel is easily walkable to shopping, dining. The area is clean and safe. My only complaint would be there was only 1 working elevator. The breakfast in the morning was also a treat!

Very dirty property, around homeless population, not safe for kids. Beach dirty. Staff not friendly especially lady at the kitchen was rude. They cut out towels supplies. First we had 4 of each for 2 queen beds room, later ended up to 2 of each like for couple. We stayed 7 nights and they never changed our linens. Carpet old and was stinky. Air conditioner didn’t work properly, all the time had condensate leaking from the ceiling. Only front desk people provided good customer service.

The start was a little upsetting - We arrived 20min earlier than check-in time, but tried to check in and then were put through a room. This was great. But the room wasn't ocean view, although we booked it. So we came back to the check-in counter and told it to the staff who dealt with us then he said he didn't know we had reserved ocean-view room. He then put us back to unchecked and asked us to wait for a room to be ready, which was OK, but his behaviors clearly looked unhappy which was unpleasant and disappointing to me. Actually it seems he was a staff to work before the check-in time, so he just may not be familiar., and the lady who came in later and is probably the person to deal with check-ins let us re-check in and put us to an ocean view room. One more thing is that the toilet flushing stopped functioning in the next morning. It was fixed upon our request while we were having a breakfast but it was inconvenient at first of a day. Except for these, the room is clean and spacious. The room reminded me of a hotel room in the US mainland I have often used during a business trip. It was an ocean-view room, but it doesn't provide a clear view of the ocean actually.

The hotel is well maintained, and nice to have complimentary breakfast. The room is very spacious. Location is very coinvent, can walk to the beach and tons of restaurants.

You need to make it VERY CLEAR when booking the hotel that the minimum age is 21. On the Hotels.com app it's buried under "special check-in instructions" Turning up to be told you are not able to stay is not a nice experience. We have also stayed as a family here and the breakfast isa hit or a miss. It seems to be acceptable to say, "sorry there's no milk today?" or "the pancake machine is broken." When you are paying a premium for breakfast as part of your room, having basics like milk is expected.

The property was clean and the room was a nice size. Two things that kept them from 5 stars: (1) there was a 15 minute wait to check in. By the time we checked in there was already a ticket for $56 on our windshield. Super aggressive! The hotel said they would take care of it but who needs that aggravation on vacation? We parked I. The hotel’s lot! (2) they were very cheap with supplying towels. If you got swimming and have two wet towels for two people, and then you need to shower, a woman needs two towels. One for hair and one for body. Only letting 2 more towels is just not helpful. Don’t make me have to yell at my husband.

Only stated one night, due to us flying in late at night. The room was comfortable and it fit our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the pool in the morning. It also had a very nice breakfast.
