A large alfresco dining table sits on the patio just outside the kitchen and dining room, ready for family dinners. A bar table awaits atop the spiral staircase to the tower, making it the perfect spot for sunset happy hours while enjoying breathtaking panoramic views. Palmilla Amore is located directly across from the boardwalk, allowing for easy walks to and from the beach. This vacation rental is the ideal retreat for your Port Aransas vacation, with a private elevator for convenience, two separate laundry rooms, and a wide array of amenities in Port A, including two resort-style pools, a swim-up bar, multiple dining and entertainment options, beach-front drinks and dining service, a private beach restroom, and a Texas’ true links-style golf course.
The color palette of cool blues and whites sets a serene, seaside tone throughout the home, complementing the modern finishes and fixtures. The main floor features an open-concept layout with a chef's kitchen, dining room, and cozy living room with gas fireplace. The bottom floor houses the bunkroom with six bunks, a separate living space with a large couch and TV for movie nights, a beverage center for cold drinks, and a separate laundry room. The top floor contains the master bedroom, with vaulted shiplap ceilings, a dream bathroom, and a private patio with some amazing views. Also on the top floor, is a beautifully decorated second master bedroom, as well as a full laundry room.
The five bedrooms, including a bunkroom with six bunks, provide ample room for your extended family or guests. Each of the five bathrooms have elegant, floor-to-ceiling tile. Two bedrooms boast built-in benches and expansive ocean views, allowing you to wake up each morning to the gorgeous Port A sunsets over the ocean. The master boasts an enormous double shower with three shower heads, incredible ocean views, and a large garden tub for ultimate relaxation. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
