Hörenstöpsel und dann hat man einen schönen aufenthalt

Sehr sauber, mega lage. Und nettes personal

Die wände sind viel zu dünn. Man hört alles und jeden. Weswegen man leider nicht gut schlafen konnte

Nice spacious and clean room, very friendly staff

The location was good

In room 308 the toilet doesn't flush properly... Things come back. When we arrived, the toilet didn't appear flushed from the previous user. The bathroom was also smelly. We informed reception. Hopefully they will resolve the issue. The hotel was also very noisy. There were at least two groups having loud parties.

Great place and amazing staff. Will stay again

Easy to find, central, clean and the staff were amazing

Beds were a bit uncomfortable - OK for a night or two but no longer. No soundproofing - so you hear everything around you.

the property had a great location

the other guests in the hotel were very inconsiderate of the noise and additionally the walls are so thin so you can even hear the guest next door snoring 😕

noise insulation - walls are very thin, all noises from rooms next to ours were very distinct and disturbing

You expect more for 160 per night

Nice reception area and breakfast

Put of the 5 nights I was there, they didn't clean my room 3 times, I was out of water in my room for half a day, so if you want to do nr 1 or nr 2 was hard. When I asked reception why all the problems kept happening, Brigette, an older receptionist, didn't even apologise, just said 'things happen' For 160 euros per night, you expect more Also, pictures of reception and bar area is really modern, but the rest is like it's stopped in the 90s
