better than expected- great stay :)

good location, friendly stuff and big room with a nice balcony

the kitchen could be a bit more furnished but it was fine for three days

Not a great experience for a family

The location was close to airport, walkable to the beach and it's easy to find a parking. The staff was considerate.

As a family with a small child this hotel was not appropriate. The upper floors are noisy with party youngsters. The walls are not sound proof. We had an early morning flight and we couldn't sleep because of the noise in the adjacent rooms and corridor. We didn't feel like spending time in the room because it was dark and didn't give a fresh feeling.

location, balcony, good water pressure shower changing room and suitcase room

fridge small, weak just one lift and usually busy/broken poor AC WIFI kept disconnecting room service once every 3 days

Nice apartment near the beach

The location is very close to the beach. it has a 24/7 supermarket downstairs.

The building and apartment facilities are old and could use some upgrading. The beds were too soft for us.

Very good

The hotel was really close to the beach and the swimming pool was really nice. The staff were very accommodating and polite

There could have been more cooking utensils and the floors were a little dirty

Fair, but a bit disappointing

Great staff, a spacious apartment in a nice location

The water heater was unusable as it was very dirty inside. No basic toiletries as soap available, we had to buy one and found it very odd. The walls are so thin that you can hear what people in another apartments are talking about. It was very unpleasant to wake up at 4 or 5 am from people’s loud laughing.

I liked the pool, big rooms, nice staff and price. What I especially liked was that everyone had their own key (we were five in one apartment)

There was no soap in the bathroom and also no sponges and no product for washing dishes. Window was not possible to open in the bathroom so there was no fresh air.

Spacious apartment close to the beach

The room was very spacious and we had a beautiful view from our large balcony. The location was very convenient to go to beach but also to get a bus to Palma and to reach the airport. The hotel staff were very friendly and they wanted to help us whenever they could.

Unfortunately the majority of the guests were noisier than us. We have been woken up each night by different neighbors from midnight to 2am. It seemed like most of the guests were visiting the area to go out at night.
