Ground Floor:
A fantastic open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a sofa, armchair, window seat, smart TV, board games and dining table and chairs for 6 people
Well-equipped kitchen with oven with separate grill, induction hob, extractor, small Nespresso coffee maker, four shelf fridge, freezer with two deep drawers, microwave, toaster, kettle and access out to the back garden
Downstairs WC and wash basin
First Floor:
Double bedroom, with a shower room next door. It has a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside tables.
Spacious lounge with two sofas, smart TV and two sets of French doors that have views over the back garden
Bathroom with shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail
Second Floor:
Main bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite, built in wardrobe, a dressing table with chair and bedside tables
Twin bedroom (the twin beds can be zipped together) with a central bedside table, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe
There is a main bathroom located between these two bedrooms
Outside:
Fully enclosed rear garden with outdoor dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying an evening meal in the long summer evenings. There are also deck chairs and beach stuff in the shed and plasticware for the beach / garden in the kitchen cupboards.
Parking:
Parking is a huge asset in Aldeburgh and there is designated space at the side of the house.
Pet Policy: Please note this property allows one well behaved dog.
