The two story hearth room with wood burning fireplace ensures cozy, warm days during the cold Indiana winters. The heated POOL, HOT TUB, huge screened in PATIO, expansive deck, and ample pool patio provide endless summer fun and plenty of space for outdoor entertaining! Includes POOL TABLE, LONG RANGE GOLF AREA (driver club included, must bring own golf balls), and vintage GRAND PIANO for musicians. The hand-made custom staircase leads you to the enormous primary suite complete with sitting room, huge walk-in closet, large ensuite, and French doors to your own private balcony overlooking you backyard oasis! If the morning sun isn't your thing, don't worry! You can enjoy your morning coffee on the west facing balcony just across the landing. The spacious additional bedrooms are each equipped with large walk-in closets as well!
