Our home is located in Daly City and it is fully equipped of what you need to make you feel at home. Walk to safe and delicious dining options, and take public transportation to explore the city.

We have cameras that records when motions are detected in our main driveway, front door, side walkway, garage (shared laundry area), and shared patio for the security of our guest and our family.

We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and condiments. Please feel free to bring your favorite blend and a French press is available to you.

For our light sleeper guest, the room has a blackout curtains.

Feel free to hangout and enjoy our shared beautiful backyard with a BBQ pit.

Our guest can enjoy the shared backyard with our other studio Airbnb. You may or may not see them during your stay.


Our garage doors non-operational and must not be used to go in and out of the house. The garage is only a shared space between our guests and it's strictly to do laundry and for our cleaners to turn over our bottom studio.

I’m addition, if you don’t have a picture of yourself in your profile, we will require for ID with picture to ensure that we are letting the right guests in our home.

Guess has access to the shared backyard with bbq grill and gas fire pit.


The garage is where the laundry is and it is a shared
laundry area with our cleaners when they need to clean the suite downstairs. The garage door is inoperable and MUST NOT BE OPENED to go in and out of the house. The garage is strictly for laundry.

Laundry must be operated from 10:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm sharp to be respectful to minimize the noise to the adjacent suite.
Other things to note
We only allow 1 dog per stay, and it requires a $200 pet deposit upon booking for dog incidentals.
