Our property includes two separate units combined into one large rental. The upstairs unit features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with its own private entrance and a dedicated pavilion/pole barn area. The main unit includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with its own back deck area that you enter through the back sliding glass doors that face Oneida Lake.

The Turning Stone Casino is 14-16min drive down the road and you only make 1 turn and you are there! World class Spa, golf, concerts, bars and restaurants! don't miss going here!

Across the street you'll find an establishment called South Shore Nautical which is a 20+ year old nautical/boat/gift/lake supplies/fishing/much more there. This property is unique in that it also houses two other amazing places! South Shore Wines is a MUST SEE, it is a quaint boutique wine store which sells unique, small production, rare, international and popular name brand wines! SSW also sells cider and ice. Also, attached to the wine store is ConeHeads Caribbean Soft Serve Ice Cream Store which is a locals favorite! Ask for my dad Stanely if you go there and let him know you are staying across the street, he will take care of you! All three are local staples and you do not want to miss checking this place out!! Walking distance!

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please no food or drink in the bedrooms, guests will be liable to compensate the host for any stains.

It is self-check-in and out with a smart code that will be given a few days before your booking. Guests are required to lock all windows and doors before they depart.
