•Indoor Hot Tub: Move the fun to the water with a full-sized indoor hot tub.

-Upstairs:
--Master bedroom with one queen bed, one full bed, and AC.
--Two additional bedrooms, 1 bedroom with full bed and 1 bedroom with queen, both have AC.
-Downstairs:
--One bedroom with a queen bed and air purifier (doubles as white noise).
--Captain Quarters bunk room with two twin beds and a smart TV (and ceiling fan)
--Plus, a blow-up queen mattress is available for 2 additional guests upon request.

•Upstairs: Newly renovated with a walk-in shower, custom marble tile work, and a jacuzzi spa bathtub complete with bath salts and other spa amenities.
•Downstairs: Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring both rain style and handheld shower heads, and a double sink vanity.
Outdoor Spaces:
•Private Backyard: Partially fenced and ready for festivities with a shaded Tiki Bar area, fire pit, comfy furniture/seating for all, yard games for adults and kids, and a pet tie-out
•Side Deck: BBQ-ready grill and picnic table area.
•Front Porch: Large shaded porch faces the quiet street and woods leading down to the river. Great for spotting wildlife, and bikes and golf carts cruising between downtown and 5th Avenue beach. Also includes a ramp up to the front door.
•Nearby Frisbee Golf Park: Adjacent to a city park with a frisbee golf course (4 frisbee golf sets included).

•The adjacent frisbee golf park is a stone’s throw away.
