- This 2-story house requires 3 steps to enter via the front door and 2 steps via the side door. There is a bedroom and an accessible bathroom on the 1st floor. An interior staircase is required to access the home’s 4 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor
- The private pool will be closed for the season between October 7, 2024 to May 2025
- There is an optional nightly pool heat fee of $30 (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
- Both the living room & bedroom fireplaces are not functional or available for guest use
