This unique lakefront retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. Set on nearly an acre of land, lounge on the expansive lawn, sunbathe on the boat dock, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, or enjoy a picnic under the shade of mature trees.

Lounge on the boat dock and take in memorable sun rises and sunsets.

-SORRY, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
-MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK.
--NO SMOKING anywhere on the property (inside OR outside). Vaping is permitted OUTDOORS only.
**A $500 FINE WILL BE CHARGED FOR SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE.
- BOAT AND JET SKI AT THE BOAT DOCK BELONG TO THE HOMEOWNERS AND ARE OFF-LIMITS
- Please bring the Cornhole set indoors and store to the left of the TV in the living room downstairs

SAFETY DEVICES:

Exterior security cameras present: We have one doorbell camera at the front door, one at the driveway, one at the back door, and one at the boat dock. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations. Please note that should a cancellation be requested, we are unable to refund the credit card processing fees.**

-**Please do not dispose of grease directly down the kitchen sink drain! That too will damage the system. Please dispose of grease in the garbage can only.**
