Based on the reviews of this hotel, my expectations were a higher. The property was in need of updating, the rooms weren't as clean as they should have been, ie: simple good vacuuming. The staff were pleasant.

Room was clean and met our needs (although the sheets did not fit the bed well). Hallways needed cleaning but pool and surrounding area was properly maintained. Breakfast area clean & good variety to pick from (unless you have to have beef and/or pork). Front desk clerk & assistance from maids were EXCELLENT! Solid value for the money paid. Would go back.

Although the outer appearance was a bit shabby, Check in at Cincinnati North was great. Staff were polite and courteous. Ice machines wer on every floor, but every one didnt work. Yu had to try a couple. The handle on our toilet was broken, so it ran. The bar was never really open during our stay, but maybe we werent in the hotel long enough. the beds were sorta small. You guys should upgrade to queen ssize. Other than those things, it was a great trip and a good stay

The first room we had had a water problem and the carpet in 1/2 of the room was soaked. The TV and lights in the 2nd rom were unplugged, which was no big deal but it took about a few minutes to figure it out. The bed linen had holes in it. The maid took our soap after the first night and didnt replace it. Just a bunch of annoying things that you wouldn't expect from a quailty hotel. The morning breakfast was average.
