Great location, fair rate, great staff

This hotel is very accommodating to travelers with mobility issues. The room I requested was well equipped for safety. The location is convenient to the airport, the mall, and not far from Cincinnati. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The only suggestion I have is to add a little variety to the breakfast, for people who stay several night. Add a different fruit, or a different pastry, or change the bacon to sausage, etc.

It was fine. Nothing special.

I needed hangers, there were none. I have never been to a hotel that didn't have hangers. There was no body wash, I have never been to a hotel where there was no body wash. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were so tiny it would have taken four or five of them for me to wash my hair properly. The towels in the pool area were the size of hand towels, it was comical. This hotel definitely skimps on amenities for guests..

Comfort Suites Florence Ky- Cincinnati South

It was a very nice location and good area. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating . The check in and check out were easy. And the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable too. We will defiently stay here again when in the area.

The couch needed a little updating.

Breakfast was good, need cooking spray for the waffle maker so the waffles don’t stick…

The room was a handicap room, we would not have picked the room because we are not handicap but that was the room booking.com sold us without making it aware it was handicap. Was also loud being met to the lobby…

Awful - room was filthy, staff unhelpful, loud.

When we entered the room the first thing we noticed was that we could clearly hear the TV in the adjoining room, and the volume did not appear to be overly loud. There was trash (plastic wrappers, leaves) on the floor. The bathroom counter had toothpaste smeared on it and there was coffee splattered on the walls. Both bed's comforters and the carpet near the beds were covered in (matching) waxy pink stains. Upon removing the comforters, crumbs were in both beds. We contacted the front desk and someone brought new bedding. The man insisted that the room had been cleaned but after we showed him all of the issues he agreed that it had not been cleaned. He then informed us that the cleaning staff was gone for the day and left us to strip the beds ourselves and clean up the trash. Supposedly no other rooms were available. Definitely disappointed and would not recommend staying here.

Great hotel

The bed was comfortable, great hot shower. The room was very clean. The location and hotel itself seemed very safe. The breakfast was good and hot. Close to lots of other restaurants.

I asked for a non smoking room. It seemed my room had a hint of smoke smell to it.
