Electric vehicle charging point. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 14 steps in the garden. This property has a security deposit of £350. . Boasting four bedrooms, one with single bed that can be converted into a desk, and four bath/shower rooms, the cottage generously accommodates families or groups of friends seeking a rural retreat. With most windows framing breath-taking landscapes, guests can fully immerse themselves in the natural splendour of the surrounding countryside. Every detail of the cottage has been meticulously designed to create an unforgettable experience, for example the hot tub has been strategically placed to capture the most spectacular views. Similarly, the upstairs living room with its floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors, seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The living room also benefits from underfloor heating, plus a multi fuel burner, ensuring full use throughout the year. The kitchen/dining room, a culinary haven is perfect for cosy evenings in. Amongst the bedrooms, one boasts a romantic four-poster bed, whilst another indulges guests with a freestanding roll-top bath for the ultimate luxury experience. Although there are fourteen steps in the garden when accessing the garden from the ground floor, it can also be accessed from the upstairs living room.
Conveniently situated within walking distance of a local convenience store and four dog-friendly pubs, you can enjoy the charm of the countryside without sacrificing modern conveniences. Though the return walk may be uphill, the breathtaking scenery makes it a rewarding journey. Alternatively, a short 3-minute drive lies bustling Holmfirth, renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and array of cafes, pubs, restaurants, and shops. There is a £350 security deposit payable to the owner via bank transfer prior to arrival, this can be paid by PayPal. This will be refunded two weeks after departure.
Only potty trained children are allowed in the pool and hot tubs.Please note that the owners request there to be no talking in the hot tub when the jets are on between 11pm and 7am; there is to be no loud music to be played outside at any time and noise levels should be kept to a respectful level between 11pm and 7am in respect of surrounding neighbours. Failure for guests to follow these requests will result in loss of the security deposit.
