Located just 3 minutes from the Alaska Railroad train station and 2 miles from Alyeska Resort, this house is perfectly situated for outdoor enthusiasts. A paved walking/biking path right in front of the house leads to Alyeska Resort or Bird Point, where you can spot beluga whales and other wildlife. In the winter, the trail is perfect for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, connecting to miles of nordic trails at Alyeska Resort.
The house boasts a spacious heated garage with gear wall, ski racks, boot dryers, and a ski/snowboard tuning station, making it a ski/snowboard haven for guests. The cozy sleeping quarters include a primary bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom, smart TV, and walk-in closet, a secondary bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with sturdy built-in bunk beds that can comfortably sleep 6 guests. Blackout curtains and shades in all bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
