Introducing "Seas The Day" at One Particular Harbor by Margaritaville—a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that promises the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Step into a fully-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and even a Margarita Maker. You'll also find a Keurig coffee machine, dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, a knife set, and a toaster oven to cater to all your culinary needs.

The primary suite boasts a king-size bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet with luggage racks and shelves. The second bedroom is outfitted with twin beds. Both bedrooms, along with the living room, are equipped with big-screen smart TVs offering cable service, Netflix, and Roku, as well as free WiFi. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the screened-in lanai, complete with outdoor lounging and dining areas. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.

This rental goes above and beyond with amenities, providing beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, and a BBQ set. You'll have an assigned parking space underneath the building, with ample guest parking available. The building also features a centrally located elevator and a luggage cart to help you transport your belongings with ease.

In addition to the condo's offerings, the resort-like amenities at One Particular Harbor include a heated pool, splash pad, gas barbecue grills, and a playground for the kids, ensuring a memorable stay for the whole family.

RESORT AMENITIES

Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Located on a private island 2 minute drive over the bridge to Manatee Beach with all the beach gear provided!
The condo's prime location offers easy access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters that make this area a top vacation destination.

This property is located in a secure, gated community. A fob is required to access the gates, and you can conveniently pick one up 24/7 at our location on Manatee Avenue, making your arrival seamless.

Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival. Everything in the pictures were accurate. Place is clean and has a new feel to it. They provided basic toiletries and kitchen supplies. The amenities in the storage closet were great and saved us from bringing extra items. Walk to Holmes is about 40 minutes. Also local reserves are around in walking distance. We will consider it again.

10/10 experience! We couldn't think of a single negative thing. Our condo was beautiful, and so clean. The amenities like the pool and the park outside were all so nice and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to try another SeaBreeze property.

Everything was seamless like it should be when you are on vacation, from making the reservation, and check-in to checking out. Staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend Sea Breeze Vacations to family and friends!

Some of the unforgettable aspects of our vacation with family was the combination of substandard maintenance and management, starting with dirty floors, no dishwasher, no television in the second bedroom and no pool access in the first half of the eight days, followed by water outage and the broken building elevator during the last two days, much of which Seabreeze was initially unaware and always claimed was some other group's responsibility. Apparently, the major responsibility of Seabreeze is to collect money for itself and the owner with little concern for the enjoyment of guests, which in this case included a handicapped person less able to handle stairs, left on the second floor. The one praiseworthy person was the handyman who did his best to help us get the place ready for the next unsuspecting guests.

Seabreeze vacations was great! The check in and check out process was easy. Our condo was extremely clean inside and out. We had a great stay in the Anna Maria/Bradenton area and can't wait to return!

Beautiful place as described. Beds are comfy! The locker with beach stuff was great. Full of fun stuff to use! Pool on premises was cute. Bring Mosquito repellent!

The Seabreeze condo was fantastic and beautiful. Everything was very clean, functional and welcoming. We had a nice stay. Anna Maria Island is a great place for a family vacation by the sea. The condo is very well located. I recommend this condo. The pool is a WOW ! The bad news is that it's so beautiful that when I get back, I will have to redecorate my house to the taste of this condo. 😀

This place was very clean, comfortable and had all the essentials for a great vacation. It was a short drive to both the beach and downtown Bradenton. The condo came with covered parking which was essential in the Florida sun.
