Conveniently located property with views of the Black Hills is no more than 5 mins to grocery stores (Walmart, Dakota Grocery, SAM's club), dozens of restaurants, I-90 to Sturgis (30 mins) and Ellsworth AFB (15 mins), Hwy 16 to Mount Rushmore (40 mins), Reptile Garden and Bear Country (15 mins), Downtown Rapid City attractions & restaurants (10 mins)
4 BR, 3 BA house with 3 BR's & 2 BA's on main floor, friendly to those challenged by steps.
We live in the same subdivision and are minutes away to address any urgent issues during normal waking hours.
THERE IS HOUSING CONSTRUCTION GOING ON IN THE SUBDIVISION, BUT IT SHOULD BE AWAY FROM THE HOUSE BY SPRING 2025.
The entire house is availabe for you to use except for the storage areas that are locked.
Landscaping to include back patio and gazebo should be complete by mid-November, 2024. If not, it will definitely be complete by April, 2025.

Amazing 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on main floor with full accessibility. We've attempted to make this house as friendly to seniors and those with challenges with steps. Once inside, you'll find everything you need at ground level - kitchen, dining area, living area, rear deck, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with ADA-compliant assist handles for both the toilet and to enter/exit the shower/tub.
Each of the beds are outfitted with comfortable bedding, pillows and extra blankets to accommodate most sleeping styles. We also have extra bedding and pillows. In the downstairs bedroom, we have lots of sleeping capacity for large families/groups with two twin over twin bunk beds with a pull out twin trundle in the other room.
The upper and lower living rooms have plenty of comfortable seating capacity so that large groups/families can spread out and enjoy the two 65" Smart VIZIO HDTV's that are supported by the highest speed WIFI available in the area. We've also got a full size foosball table, a ping pong table and several board and card games and a large table to play with them.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the popular utensils and cookware to include a crockpot, duo Keurig coffee maker with traditional coffee pot. Large initial stock of K-cups, sweeteners, and creamers to get you started before you hit the local grocery store. In the warmer months, there is a large propane grill on the backyard deck where you can grill and enjoy the amazing South Dakota sunsets over the Black Hills and the kids can enjoy the large back yard. There is development ongoing in the subdivision.
