Never book this property. It is not a hotel or a B&B of any acceptable quality.

There was no breakfast served as the staff comes only at 8 am. No coffee or tea available in the morning.

Bra område men håller inte standarden.

Läget är toppen - south deli är väldigt bra för turister. Säkert område.

Vi har ganska höga krav när det gäller renlighet och har det hellre enkelt men fräscht. En upprustning av boendet hade varit till deras fördel. Rummen var bra storlek men tyvärr inte städat nog. Sänglakanen var gråa & såg inte fräscha ut. Såg inga djur eller liknande vilket var positivt. Bra för att vara Delhi men kommer inte tillbaka om det ser ut som det gör just nu. Tråkigt för personalen var trevliga & hjälpsamma på alla sätt och vis. Nya sänglakan & bättre städning skulle göra att jag kom tillbaka!

Perfekt für uns.

Alles sauber. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend und landestypisch. Trotz Lage an einer Hauptstrasse doch sehr ruhig. Die U-Bahn ist fussläufig erreichbar.

Comfortable stay in great location

The hosts Astar and Taj were very kind and even helped me book my next destination when I was having trouble with the booking. The location is great. Right near Green Park, Haus Khas, the Sri Aurobindo market and the monuments. Great area to walk around in. Bathroom was new and clean.

The price is on the high side but that’s Delhi.

Exceptional

We had a super nice stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and well cared for, as is the bathroom. the location is very good, close to hauz khas village and in a very quiet street. The staff were lovely and did everything they could to solve any problem we had. Highly recommended

the property is very overpriced, the room was very small and really not worth the money. I’ll not be staying there again. Had to this time because of a last minute booking. the food was bad, they didn’t even give pickles with the paratha, the tea and the coffee taste like water.

A home away from home. Must stay at the property

The rooms are clean and cozy. Tata Sky had majority channels available. The location of the property is very easily accessible along withe ample space for parking. The hot water was available on the go. The room had a small balcony for feeling the fresh air for ventilation. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

The breakfast options could include sausages and salamis.

Wonderful stay and not only great value for money, very pleasant experience all together.

Loved everything about our stay, this hotel is a little hidden gem. it is run with heart into it. They plant little orangery there, cook for you, treat you with respect and good humor. And there’s a charity gift shop on site, with hand made goods. Location is wonderful, all coffee shops and markets around. Want to come again.

Mosquitos inside. If they added some nets on the bathroom windows or electric repellents, maybe.

Comfortable and very clean but not great

Bed and bathroom were comfortable and very clean. The location is central - good if you want to just sleep in the room and roam about in the day. The wifi works well. There's karim's nearby and public transport is easily available - metro is 1 km away and buses stop right in front. Staff was welcoming!

Common area is a drawing room which is quite unusable cuz of the way it's placed. Breakfast mein you get - aloo paratha, mixed pickle, tea, eggs and white bread - nothing more or less. The room is very small and my room was next to the reception so early morning I woke up by the sound of arriving guests. Even after I complained, I couldn't sleep back after that. Quite expensive for the size, but may be it's so because of the location.

Superb. They made it a comfortable stay in uncomfortable Delhi.

The service was superb. Specially the manager was so helpful and polite. He always went out of the way to support us. It was so helpful that there was a driver/ Cab in the property itself. The location was so convenient. Walking or 50/- fee in an autorickshaw to the closest Metro station. Very decent neighborhood. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and other service points. You can take a morning stroll to Hauz Kaze Village cafes, pubs, momentums and Deer Park. Much greenery compared to other areas in Delhi. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Three things you shouldn't miss during your stay, here are, the bread omelet for Belfast, Biriyani at next door Kareems and a coffee at the coffee shop 2 blocks away (its so serene and decorated with nice plants and ornaments). A good place to explore the places in South Delhi mentioned in Chethan Bagat's books. Dont miss at least one visit to Hauz Khaz Social. Its unique.

Don't get deceived by the first impression. The place/ entrance looks small. And you might feel not valued for money. I also felt same intially. But I extended my stay twice from 3 night s to 7 nights.
