Good hotel bit poor wifi

Great location, cleanness, feiendly staff, adequate breakfast.

Poor internet and wifi. I could not properly work from the hotel.

Great location, lovely staff, nice place to start a holiday

Stayed here a few nights to start my trip to India, the room is basic but I found it to be clean, comfortable and most importantly for female solo travel, safe. The staff went above and beyond to help and the location was so good, I caught the metro and loved it! Modern Bazaar is the perfect supermarket across the road. Hotel staff booked train tickets for me and arranged airport collection, they were very kind, so I’d definitely recommend!

Just a little dated and facilities were basic but I can’t complain, it was a fine stay.

Exceptional

Room is comfy and has all facilities one would hope for: hot water, wifi in the room. The receptionist organized the airport transfer and the wake-up call.

Would strongly recommend!!

Wonderful. It was super clean, the service was excellent and the stay in general was comfortable. The area was also safe. I'd like to say special thanks to the manager for checking in on us when my friend got sick, and for arranging even the smallest things like getting my suitcase fixed. Much appreciated.

Sometimes it there was a delay in the room service or we didn't exactly get what we ordered, but that was just a minor inconvenience.

Hotel policies are not as per hotels. Policies are as per hostels, homestay or even university campus hostel. First of all homef37 hotel not allow local guests with Delhi ID, when I reached at hotel around 11 pm Recepetionist told me this and only after my request that where I will go at night and it's December cold winters , than accept but nothing is written on booking.com while booking the hotel rooms this is cheating with client it is not acceptable. Secondly hotel entry and exit is Closed at 11 pm every night it is not as per other hotels , even hostels not do this and this is really annoying. hotel is very near to metro this is good, location good. But prices of this hotel is high and policies are not good not as per expectation.

In all, very good budget hotel, with supporting and smiling staff.

Extreamly good staff. Always ready to help. Fast response. This is the most satisfying factor in Budget hotels. Oil heated room heaters are big comfort for people coming from less cold areas.

Breakfast could have been more delicious and better standard.

Big and nice room, near Metro

room is quite big and has all basic facilities: hairdryer, fan, air purifier, TV, hot water... Great location, near metro so it's very easy to travel around. Nice staff. Good breakfast with Western dishes.

The door key look a bit old and unsecured, very small elevator, max 2 person.

Cleaniess 8/10 Staff behavior 8/10 Room look and feel 8/10 Location 8.5/10 Food 7.5/10 Room size 7.5/10 Overall satisfactory Experience. Value for Money.

*Can improve though in terms of toiletries provided as they don't provide toothbrush/paste/comb etc etc...but washroom cleaniess is pretty solid.
