About this house rental
With 3 levels of living space, a large fenced yard, and minutes from Haines Mall Blvd, you will experience the joys of living in North Carolina. Whether traveling for work, leisure, or need a temporary home for any reason at all, you are welcome here.
Relax on the front porch with sweet tea, or enjoy the covered rear patio facing a large yard that stretches .33 acres. Not a fan of the heat? No problem! We love indoor games as much as you do. Our pool table also works well as a poker table, or grab the monopoly board with friends and family.
Our home was built in the 70's, and a few floors are squeaky...but you'll feel the love and rest easy in this space.
Hot Tub: Because this is an inflatable hot tub that is not insulated, it is only available while evening temps remain above 50 degrees. Any lower and the 102-104 water temperature will not hold. When operating the air jets, the temperature will begin to drop a few degrees after 20 minutes of use. The hot tub can accommodate 2-3 persons. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hot tub.
Landscaping: Our landscaper mows the lawn every 1.5 - 2 weeks on their schedule. Please be advised lawn maintenance may occur during your stay - accommodate them as necessary.
Pets: 1 Pet max and must be included in your reservation prior to booking. There is a $95 pet fee, including those with Emotional Support Animals. $150 fee for unauthorized pets.
The home is 1 mile to I-40 connections.
