● Driveway parking for up to 8 vehicles
● Early check-in and late-check out may be accommodated with a fee ($100 each). Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.

Car, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains. Roads tend to be dirt or loose gravel, and they can be very icy or snow covered.

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

We stayed at this house for a weekend trip with friends. The house was clean which is a huge plus for me. We enjoy it overall. Make sure to do your research for local spots to eat and go out. You have to drive everywhere and Ubers do not come onto the property. We found a cute Christmas store about 15 mins from the house driving. I would say for anyone booking make sure to ask about car registration for the property because they will charge you an additional feel after you book. The trash situation is not super convenient, you have to drop it off all the way in the greeters centers the house doesn't have trash bins.

This is a great place to stay - the house is clean and ample room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of entertainment! The fire pit was awesome to sit around and community had lots to do! Would recommend!

What a find! We stayed here January 2023 for a ski trip/birthday and absolutely loved it! The house is a new construction, beautifully decorated, and right on the lake. Plenty of space and everything was as described. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we really didn’t need to bring much. Most of us had a smooth time getting into the private community (need a gate card from the 24/7 community welcome center) - they gave one of us a hard time, but after we figured it out, John was wonderful and even dropped off a bottle of wine for the troubles. The rooms are all spacious and beds/sheets were excellent - everyone commented on the comfort of the beds! Only one set of sheets seemed to smell a bit like chlorine. Trash/recycling center at the welcome center was surprisingly easy - just take your trash into the drive-thru, and they will grab it from your trunk. Overall, absolutely fantastic place to stay, wonderful owners, and we would absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderful time! The home is beautiful with a great location and a awesome deck! Fire pit area is very nice. Only sort of negative is no dock, and a muddy entrance to the lake, but you get used to it quickly! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience! The house is recently renovated, very clean, and very comfortable. We had an amazing view of the lake and the community had pools, beaches, and parks to take the kids. We had a great time and would love to go back! Only recommendation would be if there was a table on the upper deck (to have morning coffee outside) and a dock outside so it’d be easier to get the kayaks onto the lake. Otherwise it was perfect!
