The Space:
Welcome to your dream getaway, The Olive Indy, in the bustling city of Indianapolis! Our custom-built home in Fountain Square is more than just luxury accommodation; it's a space that invites you to live, laugh and make unforgettable memories.
The house consists of five elegantly-decorated bedrooms, each exuding warmth and comfort. Two rooms feature plush queen beds, the third bedroom offers twin beds, ideal for kids or friends, while the last two boast sumptuous king beds, perfect for unwinding after long adventures. The primary suite is a world in itself, with a wet room, makeup vanity, and heated flooring—bask in true luxury during your stay.
A highlight of our home is the fully stocked modern kitchen, designed to make your culinary experience enjoyable and convenient. Its open layout connects to the dining area and an outdoor eating space, encouraging lively conversations, laughter, and shared memories. The SONOS speakers wired throughout the home add a whimsical melody to your gatherings.
Step outside to the screened porch and watch the sun settle behind the city skyline from our deck. But the recreation doesn't stop there—the house comes with a home gym and an expansive downstairs living area to keep you entertained. If you're driving an electric car, we've got you covered too, with two EV chargers in the garage!
Our home is a haven of luxury paired with comfort, making it an irresistible choice for your visit to Indy!
Guest Access:
As our esteemed guests, you get exclusive access to the entire property, except for two locked storage closets. Additional amenities include a private three-car garage complete with EV charging and ample street parking. To ensure a seamless check-in process, we employ a smart lock system which allows you self check-in at your comfort.

Just 1/2 a block from Fountain Square, an eclectic neighborhood in Indianapolis, pulsates with an artistic and vibrant energy. Known for its thriving cultural scene, this historic district offers a dynamic blend of local art galleries, trendy boutiques, and an array of diverse culinary delights. With its lively atmosphere and a calendar brimming with cultural events and festivals, Fountain Square stands as a hub for creativity and community, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in its unique and welcoming ambiance
Getting Around:
We provide a private three car garage with EV charging. There is also ample street parking. Didn't bring a car? No worries! Ride share apps pickup within minutes. Also, there are EV scooters that you can rent.

The house is fully equipped for long stays, with a complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Plus, you're in for a treat as we're in close proximity to some of Indy's best bars and restaurants. From cozy cafes to lively nightclubs, there's something for every mood!
Your safety is crucial to us. Hence, we have two exterior motion-activated cameras for your protection. Also, we've incorporated a third-party verification process for our guests, ensuring a secure and hassle-free stay.
