This property has been lovingly restored to protect its original turn of the century attributes while updated for comfortable modern living. This is a private stand alone home. Don't be fooled a by listings that may be twin or shared homes especially if there are no or limited exterior photos. This property is elegant and updated both in terms of its interior and exterior and is guaranteed to impress any traveler. Original hardwood floors, moldings, stain glass, and other characteristics have been preserved and complemented with brand new high end improvements, including a high end new kitchen, new bathrooms plus much more. The property enjoys large windows to maximize natural light throughout its spacious floorplan. There is a large fully fenced front and back yard with outdoor lighting perfect for furry friends.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, TV room and dining room on the main level and another 2 bedrooms, 2 full bath, kitchen, dining area in the lower level.
The extremely private backyard enjoys is very large and has a covered and lighted 12 x 14 ft gazebo with outdoor furniture perfect for socializing or relaxing as a group There is a separate back deck with large outdoor dining set, perfect for BBQing or dining al fresco. The backyard makes for an incredible and private urban oasis.
Guests will enjoy a very large and brand new state of the art 6 person hot tub with dozens of therapeutic jets, complementary ozone water cleansing system and multi colored LED lights perfect for a soak after a day biking, hiking, or skiing on the slopes.
Additionally guests will also enjoy the large covered front porch with seating perfect for outdoor relaxing.
Guests will also love the brand new state of the art kitchen with large pantries, granite counters, gas range and stainless appliances. There is a large selection of small appliances provided as a courtesy to guest as well along with spices and other items to make our guests stays more comfortable and convenient.
Enjoy the amenities of a boutique high end hotel at this incredible home. Features include high speed wifi along with 2 fully equipped kitchens, formal dining room with 100 inch dining table and service for 10, secondary dining room for 4, 4 full bathrooms courtesy toiletries, towels and linens, washer/dryer, etc.
Other vintage characteristics include gorgeous hardwood floors, antique decorative fireplace, original antique chandeliers, and much more. You will be amazed by the easy access to the center of downtown within a few minute walk.
The new Marmalade library is only one block from your front door. There is very easy access to freeway exit and onramp. This property is elegant and comfortable and has been professionally furnished with new designer furniture and other thoughtful upgrades. Well stocked pantry with all the basics including Keurig coffee maker. Apart from the high speed internet, Direct TV Now included with the rental. You and your other guests will be pampered in this property, with its new high end furniture, full exclusive bedroom sets, tasteful wall decor, hip and friendly neighborhood, outdoor deck and other luxury accents. The property has new top tier designer mattresses to ensure the highest quality sleep.
