*** Note for peak Season: The first season rental (Jan-March) needs to start on or before January 1,. For season 2025 February and March need to be together (not 90 days as mentioned in booking requirements)***

Cinnamon Cove is located in Ft. Myers at the intersection of San Carlos Boulevard and Summerlin Road, just 3.5 miles to Fort Myers Beach. Outdoor amenities include ten swimming pools, tennis courts, and shuffleboard courts. The busy clubhouse includes two card rooms, a multipurpose room, exercise and crafts room, library, billiards, ping-pong, sauna, and spa.

* 30 day minimum stay. 90 day minimum stay in season.
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Cinnamon Cove are: $100 processing fee + $75 background check fee
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
