Step into a paradise offering space for six guests with thoughtfully furnished rooms composed of a luxuriant king-sized bed in the master suite, a comfortable queen bed in the second bedroom, and inviting sleeper sofa. Each detail has been carefully curated to provide you with a feeling of home while enveloping you in the opulent charm.

Two lavishly equipped bathrooms wait to bathe you in relaxation after adventurous days exploring the surrounding local attractions. The dedicated workspace fitted with flawless Wi-Fi helps you stay connected while the fully stocked kitchen calls to your culinary explorations, complete with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a variety of cookware.

For your indoor entertainment, make use of the television and a selection of board games which provide the perfect balance of leisurely amusement and restful tranquility. There's also a washer and dryer to ensure your wardrobe stays fresh for the entirety of your getaway.

Our backyard and second-floor balcony offer an expanse for you to breathe in the crisp Arkansas air while gazing at the lush Beaver Lake landscape. A shared outdoor fire pit invites you to cozy up during those chilly winter evenings while the onsite gym keeps your fitness routines on track.

Though we warmly embrace up to two dogs, rules are in place for their stay. Moreover, our place stands firm against indoor smoking and house parties. Your access covers the entire townhome, aside from the garage. The driveway will comfortably park your vehicle, and check-in is effortless with our unique self-check-in system.

Guest Access:
As guests, your access encompasses the whole townhome excluding the garage. In terms of parking, there's ample space in the driveway for your use. Check-in is simple with our self-check-in system. It's important to note that even though our location allows lake access, it isn't a waterfront property.

A car is recommended for getting around, as the townhome is located in a peaceful residential area. You'll find easy access to nearby attractions, with Beaver Lake just minutes away and downtown Bentonville a short drive. Ample parking is available in the driveway for your convenience. If you're looking to explore further, local bike trails are accessible, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge that they may be required to electronically sign an agreement confirming their understanding and acceptance of these house rules. In rare cases, guests may also be asked to provide a nominal security deposit. This request is based on our guest screening algorithm, which flags certain reservations as higher risk. Please note that a reservation may be flagged for reasons unrelated to the individual guest’s suitability (e.g., last-minute, one-night stays that may present a party risk, even though many such stays are legitimate). The deposit, if requested, will be fully refundable provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules.

For furry friends, we allow a maximum of two dogs and charge a $75 fee per pet per stay. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cats at the property.
