The Space:
One main floor with vaulted ceilings connects all rooms in this charming condo. The living room is equipped with a sofa that doubles as a sleeper, Smart TV, and access to the spacious screened balcony. The balcony offers outdoor seating, and a view of lush colorful foliage.

Back inside everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal is in the comfort of your own kitchen, equipped with all utensils, appliances, and necessary counter space. You’ll find it fully stocked with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and more. The wrap around counter offers counter seating for 4. Shift your mealtime to the spacious dining table which sits eight or take it onto patio to dine al fresco!

The condo sleeps 10 comfortably between the 4 bedrooms, and the sofa sleeper.

All 4 bedrooms boast a king-sized bed, TV, private en-suite bathroom which feature shower/tub combos. Bedrooms #1 and #2 offer exterior access doors. Bedroom number #4 offers access to the screened balcony.

Things to note:

- Stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
- Parking is available for two spaces directly in front of the building.
- Community pool use is NOT permitted for guests.
- This is a walk up unit that requires 15 steps to access entry to the home.

Enjoy exciting restaurants, shopping at the Branson Landing, one of the many golf courses, take the family for a day at the Aquarium at the Boardwalk, or simply splash the day away across the lake. Just 1.5 miles from the Branson Strip, and 7 miles from State Park Marina on Table Rock where boat, and slip rentals are available.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. We enjoyed our stay. However, we were surprised by the difference in the quality of the property online vs in person. It wasn’t really nice as the pictures made it look. It was definitely clean though! Overall 4 stars.

I am happy to say that my family and I have finally found a place we want to make our go to place. The condo was so homey and cozy! It was just the right amount of privacy for everyone. Each family had a king size bed and their own bath! The location was so close to everywhere we wanted to go!

This was the perfect set up for us to have our privacy while providing a great space to spend time together. Each room had a private bathroom so that was extra special. The location was exceptional, too. It wasn't far from the strip but there was easy access to all of the highways that offered less traffic so we got around very well with minimum frustrations.

Great condo with a large living/ dining room, 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Very comfortable for our family reunion weekend. I would stay again.

We had a great stay with my daughters and granddaughters for a girls week vacation. Plenty of bedroom space and private bathrooms with each bedroom. The kitchen had all the utensils and equipment we needed to make some eat-at-home meals. The living room /dining room space was great for together time.

We spent three nights here with 3 families, several kids. Great space, plenty of room and central Branson location. Would be nice if they provided a few more trash bags. 2 doesn’t go far for a large group but we grabbed our own. Fridge has a leak and didn’t work great but communicated that and assume it gets fixed. We would stay there again.

We loved our time here. From the moment we walked in to the second we had to leave. Everything was spotless. There was even relaxing spa music playing in all the rooms. The whole place exceeded our expectations. It is close to everything and easy to get in and out of. The beds were all very nice with super soft sheets. It was an added bonus to have 4 bathrooms! The kitchen has everything you need. We also enjoyed our time on the screened in porch. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one is one of our favorites!!! Too bad it is 12 hours away from us. We will be back one day :)

This was a great property to stay and see the sights in Branson. The only issue we had was with the refrigerator was leaking water from freezer into the refrigerator. Once we turned up the refrigerator temperature turn it quit leaking. Overall was a great stay. Will definitely book again.

This property is spacious, four bedroom suites with bathrooms! Six of us stayed in the unit and were very comfortable. The location is convenient to the main Branson strip. The unit was extremely clean and the check in process was easy. We would stay here again.

Four couples shared the property for a golf outing. The property was well appointed and very comfortable for the eight of us. We loved the king size beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Loved the quiet location. The property was very clean. Property maintenance was very prompt when the AC didn't work and the issue was resolved within the hour. There was plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. We would definitely stay at this property again. We all had such a fun time in Branson!!

We had 8 adults and each pair had a room with a king size bed and their own bathroom. Everything was very clean and well decorated. There was a great view from the screened in balcony. We had a great time in Branson and would definitely come back.

We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We could even take showers at the same time without running out of hot water. Only complaint is that the furniture and cabinets are outdated and cabinets are hard to open. Overall, we will definitely book again! Thank you for making it easy!!
