Our cottage offers a cosy space that is peaceful but within a short walking distance of all of the main sights on Lincoln, including the Cathedral and the Castle.

The Space:
- 2 Double Bedrooms: Comfortable and tastefully decorated, ideal for couples, families, or friends. These are bright rooms and provide a comfort space to get a good nights sleep!
- Ground Floor Bathroom: As is typical with traditional cottages, the bathroom is located downstairs. There is a bathtub and a shower over the bath, plus WC and basin.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen & Living Area: Relax in the cosy living room or prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen.
- Secure Private Garden: The garden/courtyard is a great suntrap and generally a lovely space to enjoy when the weather allows. Despite being in the city, it is quiet!
- Off-Street Parking: Benefit from a private garage for secure, off-street parking, a rare find in this area!

You’ll be staying in one of the most picturesque parts of Lincoln, just minutes from the iconic Lincoln Cathedral, where you can hear the lovely sound of the cathedral bells from the cottage! Walk to the Bailgate area to explore its historic streets, visit the castle, or enjoy the many shops, cafes, and restaurants. The cottage offers both a relaxing base and easy access to all the city’s main attractions.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
