The open-concept living area is bright and airy, perfect for gathering together, and is equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment needs.
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Enjoy meals in the dining area or take them outside to savor the fresh ocean air. For those who love to cook, the kitchen also includes a stove, toaster, blender, and baking essentials.
Step outside to discover the community amenities at the private members only beach club, including a refreshing ocean front pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and tennis courts, perfect for staying active during your stay. This club is located about two blocks north of this condo on the ocean side of the island. The communal elevator makes accessing your top-floor unit a breeze, ensuring convenience for all guests. Please note that stairs are required to access the beach but not the pool, spa, tiki bar area.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:
You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.
NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind
NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise
NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise
Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)
Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.
*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*
Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.
We cannot guarantee the communal elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. The HOA manages and maintains the elevator, not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not give refunds if the elevator is broken or unusable during your stay. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.
Pool and or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in the pool and or spa.
Pool is maintained by the Club and not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.
If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $175 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**
We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
