This charming six-bedroom villa is located in a quiet but well-connected area and just 2 km from all services. Close to the prestigious Vall d’Or Golf golf course and the best coves on the island. The exclusivity of this estate lies in its connection with nature and the idyllic setting that fuses an authentic Mallorcan house and the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Clean-lined furniture, combined with natural textures, and exotic accessories create the perfect relaxing sanctuary.
The exterior of the villa is carefully designed and is located on a splendid 15,000m2 plot with a beautiful garden with trees and flowers and surrounded by a field of wild olive and pine trees that guarantees a quiet and private stay. Its enormous 14 x 7 meter saltwater pool is designed with turquoise coloured mosaic tiles and is an oasis among the Majorcan forest.
This 500m2 luxury villa is distributed in a main house that has 5 suites, 5 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of them outside next to the pool; 1 whirlpool bathtub, 1 living room, 1 kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and includes a breakfast bar and dining area for 12 people, barbecue area, chill out area and 4 dining tables, outside and inside so you can decide where you want to eat. The sixth suite is located in an extension connected through the garden with a bathroom and private terrace.
