Ground Floor:
The garage level features convenient parking and a dedicated entertainment space, equipped with table tennis and darts for friendly competition. Step outside to a serene patio, the perfect spot for morning coffee or unwinding in the fresh air.
Main Floor (2nd Floor):
The heart of the home boasts an inviting open-plan living and dining area with stylish modern décor. A fully-equipped kitchen awaits your culinary creations, alongside a laundry room for your convenience. This floor also features a cozy double bedroom and a social WC with a refreshing shower.
Top Floor:
Upstairs, you'll find three more spacious bedrooms. The master suite includes a luxurious walk-in closet and private shower, while the second double bedroom offers a balcony with breathtaking ocean views. There's also a twin bedroom with its own ocean-facing balcony. Additionally, the top floor includes another bathroom, this one with a relaxing bathtub for ultimate relaxation.
Outdoor Spaces:
Step outside to enjoy our luxurious jacuzzi, ideal for a soak under the stars, and a BBQ area in the backyard, perfect for al fresco dining with family and friends.
