-No over-occupancy at any point during stay; all guests must be pre-approved by Coast

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions, and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Living room fireplace is not for guest use
-Max two dogs; no cats or other pets
-Top bunk is not suitable for adults
-A narrow spiral staircase leads to the rooftop deck; not recommended for guests with mobility issues
-The backyard pond is decorative; please do not swim or drink from it
-No beach access is provided
