Enjoy lying in bed and gazing at the stars in the evening or sunrise in the morning with a freshly brewed coffee. It really doesn’t get any better than this.

In cooler weather, snuggle up in the cosy lounge in front of the fire with a glass of red and a good book or play one of the many board games provided.
Retreat to one of the two outdoor entertaining areas which are perfect for long lunches, evening dining under the stars and watching the late afternoon sky transition into sunset, with friends or family.

This room opens to large balcony with panoramic views of the bay and city.
Bbq and large outdoor dining table located on the balcony.

Kitchen has Island Bench with 4 stools.
Butlers Pantry with microwave and Breville coffee machine.

Dining is available both indoors or outdoors and there are enough seats for 8+ guests.
Upstairs of property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a Laundry with both washing machine and dryer.

Lower floor of house has a further 2 bedrooms and family bathroom.
2nd Living area located on lower floor and includes kitchenette with fridge + sink, Aldi coffee machine (pods), couch + table and opens to lower deck and small lawn.
Lower deck has bar table + chairs and armchairs.

House has off street parking for 4 cars (note - very steep driveway - low base cars not recommended)
