The lower level offers three beautifully furnished bedrooms, including the primary suite with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen—share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This floor also includes a laundry area and access to the fenced area under the back deck.
Outdoor spaces abound with two patios, one in the front for peaceful relaxation and the other in the back for outdoor dining, grilling on the gas BBQ, or soaking in the private hot tub. A staircase off the back deck leads to a forested area and a bocce ball court, adding to the home's appeal for outdoor entertainment.

ABOUT THE AREA
Located at the northern tip of Lake Tahoe, just west of the Nevada State border, is Kings Beach. Known for its outstanding public beach, kickback attitude, and easy access to Tahoe mountain resorts, Kings Beach is a spot travelers return to year after year. The North Tahoe Event Center often plays host to festivals, concerts, and community events, and downtown Kings Beach boasts shopping and dining options open year-round.
Kings Beach State Recreation Area is the flagship Tahoe beach site in the North Tahoe area. With a lakefront stretch of 1,700 feet, it is the largest public access sandy beach on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Its south-facing aspect and a lake floor that gradually deepens makes this one of the warmest swimming areas on Lake Tahoe. A beautiful playground area overlooks the water and barbecue and picnic areas are available. The Tahoe beach area is adjacent to shops, restaurants, and the North Tahoe Event Center.
In the winter, you are just ten minutes from Northstar California Resort. There, enjoy access to almost 100 hiking trails and over 3,000 skiable acres, impeccable grooming, incredible tree skiing, and enough variety to challenge every level of skier. Take advantage of world-class terrain parks, cross-country skiing, a youth Adventure Park, and a 9000 square-foot ice rink surrounded by fire pits and a rink side bar.
POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 9 people.
2. Parking for 5 vehicles. (2 in the driveway, 2 in the landscaped area in front of Bocce Court, and 1 in the garage) Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The fireplace is not for guest use.
4. Bocce ball play is not permitted after 8 pm to maintain a quiet environment.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
