Your home away from home in lovely Andover Kansas featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a total of 11 beds (comfortably sleeping 9 adults, 6 children, and a baby). A family friendly home with a fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to a park and Ice Cream shop! Conveniently located near US 54, I-35, and KS Turnpike, this easy to find, kid friendly space features a game/ movie room, toys, and an arcade to keep busy while adults enjoy the lovely spacious kitchen, walk-in closets, and luxurious bathrooms. Inside or out come relax, dine, and unwind by the fire pit in the fenced backyard. Experience this mid century themed retreat and book today! ***This home is two levels entering on the upper level. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (master en-suite, two queen bedrooms and a hallways full bath with tub). There is a full sized kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, kitchen table that seats 6, and a family room that seats 9. ***Downstairs- opens to a large entertainment space with games, a large screen tv, vintage arcade featuring 60 games, foosball, game table (seating 6), oversized bean bag and sectional sofa with pullout bed. The basement living room also features a small sitting area with convertible futon couch and convertible chair. This space sleep 4 children or 2 children and 1 adult. Down the hallway is another king bedroom with walk in closet and the kids room featuring another walk in closet, twin bunks beds (sleeps 2 children), pullout twin trundle bed (1), and another convertible chair to twin bed(1). Each "alternative bed" has a memory foam roll up cushion located in the kids closet for added comfort. ***Other features are a cozy from porch with two comfy rocking chairs, a wooden deck is found in the fully fenced in back yard with a picnic table and flat top BBQ grille. Walk down the deck steps to a cement patio with additional seating and a gas fire pit for roasting marshmallows or late night talks under the stars. The home is located walking distance to a yummy icecream shop (Braums), and within 1 mile to a newly opened Starbucks, grocery store, urgent care and many restaurant options. Hop on the highway and head into downtown wichita a short 15 minute drive where you have access to Museums, fine dining, shopping malls, and tourist spots like the Keeper of the Plains, Sedgwick Zoo, Tanganyka Wildlife Park, and Riverfront Stafium.
