Guests will have full access to the home, except for a couple of supply closets. If you are looking for a smaller space, the upstairs unit is available to book and can accommodate up to 4 people. DM the host if you are interested.
Check-in is easy with a smart lock.
Parking is available in both the driveway and garage, with space for up to 5 cars.
**Please note, street parking is strictly prohibited.**
Nearby the property are a boat launch, bike rental, and access to the Victoria Rail Trail (great for snowmobiling)!

Your stay is managed by the Muskoka CoHosts team on behalf of the homeowner. Our goal is to create a welcoming experience, just like being hosted by thoughtful friends in the charming town of Fenelon Falls. We’re here to assist with anything you need to make your stay enjoyable!

- NO excessive noise, particularly during quiet hours (10pm - 7am) as the house is in a calm, family neighbourhood.
