Inside, the open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table comfortably seats eight, with additional dining space in the breakfast nook. Above the breakfast nook, a charming loft is equipped with a cozy Queen bed, making it the perfect spot to curl up with your favorite book or enjoy an afternoon nap. For those who prefer dining al fresco, a screened porch with ocean views offers a serene spot for outdoor meals.
The main floor hosts three spacious bedrooms: the master suite with a King bed, private bath, and direct access to the screened porch; a second bedroom with a Queen bed; and a third bedroom featuring Queen bunk beds. These rooms overlook the beautifully landscaped pool area. All bedrooms are equipped with Streaming TVs for your convenience. Two full bathrooms are also located on this floor, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a walk-in shower.
A spiral staircase in the living area leads to the fourth bedroom, where you'll find a Triple bunk and stunning ocean views through the large picture window—an ideal spot for the kids or extra guests.
The lower level houses the laundry room and offers easy access to the pool area, where you can enjoy relaxing afternoons in a lush, private setting. The home also features high-speed internet and multiple outdoor seating areas, including a poolside pavilion, perfect for morning coffee and a cozy fire pit for nights under the stars.
