Shaded by a majestic century-old elm tree and surrounded by colorful blooms, it offers a covered patio for al fresco dining, BBQ area, and a cozy outdoor fireplace. A charming swing hangs from the elm, and a water fountain adds a soothing touch, making this the perfect space to unwind. Collect fresh eggs daily from the property’s chickens!
On the main level, you’ll also find a library for quiet reading and a dedicated home office with high-speed internet and a pull-out couch, making it perfect for remote work or additional sleeping space.
Upstairs, the spacious primary suite features a king bed, a private balcony with Flatiron views, and an en-suite bathroom with a classic clawfoot tub, a dual shower, and his-and-her sinks. A large walk-in closet and an attached laundry room add extra convenience. Two additional bedrooms—a bunk room and a guest room with a queen bed—share a thoughtfully designed en-suite bathroom with three sinks.
The basement is a haven for entertainment, equipped with a TV/movie room featuring a 55" Samsung TV, surround sound, and plush seating for ultimate relaxation. The fifth bedroom resides in the basement with a full under twin bunk bed (not pictured).
